The location is not too bad. 20 minutes' walk to Piccadilly Line Service, 7 minutes' walk to London Overground Station.
Facilities too bad. Toilet lid is not completely fixed; shower room is a bit rusty. Staff may not be enough, so they are always busy and you always have to wait and wait - wait to check in, wait to have a OK breakfast, and even wait to check out.

The Hotel completely corresepond its description. Not too expensive, quiet, with rather good transportation to the city center (not more than 1/2 hour), friendly personal, simple but good breakfast.

Room cleanliness needs serious attention!!! Central heating control that doesn't work for individual rooms is frustrating!!! Clean towels should always be a given, not an exception!!!

I was at the hotel at 4:30pm then they said room is not ready I have to wait 30 min for my rome. Toilet seat was broken and dirty, no bath mat. I will not stay at this hotel and will not recomend to my friends.

Upon arrival, I encountered significant confusion with the room assignment, as the initial key led me to a dirty room with used bedding. Second room had lighting issues in the bathroom, and throughout the stay, the uncomfortable bed and lack of proper breakfast choices left much to be desired. The street noise was constant due to the hotel's location. The place feels rather dated and in need of a refresh, which may not bother those just looking for a basic stay.

The breakfast waitress was very entertaining in a Faulty Towers way. There was plenty of hot water for showers.
We were not impressed by the way everything fell apart when we touched it. There seemed to be lots of activity through the night!!! There did not appear to be anyone fitting this type of activity at breakfast.

Fairly clean gorgeous accommodation with nice staff and marvellous location on an event at Alexandra Palace. Warm rooms, amazing bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Delightful food choices for breakfast. Terrific service during my decent stay. Not to mention free wifi...

Had a lovely stay with a super comfy double king bed and enjoyed the delicious grilled food from the basement restaurant. The lounge area was perfect for winding down after a day out, and the in-house Shisha was a nice touch. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

A complete let down, due to the condition of the room.Really shabby , and the shower room black mould, broken shower head, cracked sink, no towel rail, ceiling light hanging with bare wires, hole in ceiling, skirting awful condition. Bedroom carpet stained and dirty, wires hanging, plug hanging off wall, windows not sealed so very very noisey. All in all a terrible condition .We have stayed in many places here and abroad, and this has got to be one of the worst. We have pictures as proof if anyone wants to see.
